BONBONS
1. Honey, Rosemary & Pine Nut Cube - A delicate moulded bonbon featuring a liquid honey core, a fresh rosemary ganache, and a crispy base made of toasted pine nuts and crunchy biscuit.
2. Flavors of Andalucía - A half-sphere bonbon inspired by southern Spain, combining a lime and orange blossom jelly, an olive oil interior, and an Earl Grey–yuzu–mandarin ganache.
3. Chestnut, Rum & Biscuit Bar - A cut-style rectangular bonbon with a chestnut and rum ganache, layered over a hazelnut praline crunch with biscuit pieces.
4. Tonka Bean & Ethiopian Coffee Truffle - A cylindrical truffle dusted with cocoa powder, featuring a smooth ganache infused with tonka bean and Ethiopian coffee.
BISCUITS
1. Lemon, Vanilla & Olive Oil Biscuit - A delicate butter biscuit scented with lemon zest, vanilla, and extra virgin olive oil, glazed with a light lemon–vanilla icing.
2. Malted Caramel Milk Chocolate Biscuit - A sandwich biscuit with a malty flavour, filled with salted vanilla caramel and coated in milk chocolate.
3. Earl Grey & Passion Fruit Biscuit - A shortbread biscuit infused with Earl Grey tea and finished with milk chocolate, bringing together floral and fruity notes.
